Lance came out to have a look at our existing porch the day after I called him, and it was soon evident he was an absolute expert in all thing’s ‘oak’! On top of that, on the day we had booked him in for fitting he turned up and was not happy with the brickwork that I had recently done in that he didn’t think it looked nice enough – he was of course absolutely right. You would quite often find a builder who would just carry on regardless, but Lance wants his work to look perfect.
